- Operated milling machines (prototrak, EZ trak and manual), jig grinders, jig bores, OD grinders ( NC and manual),surface grinders (CNC and manual), honing machines, and hand lapping, to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Interpreted technical drawings and blueprints for accurate machining processes.
- Assisted in setting up equipment and fixtures for production runs.
- Collaborated with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and blueprints
- Used various precision measuring instruments to check workpiece accuracy. Such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, laser micrometers, air gauges, gauge blocks, indicators and optical comparators.
- Specializing in close tolerance work, finish machining, assembly and part repair.
