Peer Coaching Model: 2023-2024
- Designed and implemented a peer coaching model that was implemented at MOT Charter High School. Teachers had the opportunity to both coach and be coached by their peers
NCSM 2023
- Presented on the Building Pathways project. This project is a group of teachers/college professors that are implementing strategies and programs across the state of Delaware to encourage students to become Math Teachers.
DMC Math Camp 2015 - Present
- Design and Facilitate Math Camp sponsored by DMC. Math teachers from across the state spend 3 days in Lewes Delaware in which we do math together and discuss and practice modern best practices for the math classroom.
DCTM Spring Social 2024
- Designed and presented at DCTM Spring Social Ignite event.
DMC Leadership Coaching Lab
- Designed and Facilitate many sessions at Leadership Coaching lab. During these sessions teachers would participate in math lessons as students and then watch and analyze video of either my classroom or a colleague, and then we would watch and analyze video of the coaching sessions that went on before and after the lessons.
DMC New Normal
- Design and Facilitate sessions in which I would reenact a lesson I taught as teachers acted as students and then we would watch an analyze video of my students performing the same lessons.
IMP Training Thailand 2018
- Designed and Facilitated a 2 week Professional Development in which we worked with teachers from Thailand to incorporate student-centered techniques while implementing the IMP curriculum.
NCSM 2017
- Facilitated a session entitled One Small Change. Emphasized how one intentional change transformed my classroom increasing student voice in my classroom.
