Thomas Beerman

• I was hired on the spot at Graham & Sons Inc. due to my extensive experience operating wheel loaders. My role on the team as Loader Operator includes handling various lengths of water main/ sanitary/ and storm pipe, concrete forms, and aggregates.

I ran day to day operations which includes equipment maintenance, customer service, inventory management and human resource management.

• I own and operate an Automotive Repair & Resale business in my spare time.

I am responsible for parts interchange; sales; and fabrication of parts made to order primarily for commercial, but also for medium and light duty applications.

I worked with the two owners both dismantling tractors and tri-axles for parts, and repairing and preparing commercial trucks for resale.

I dismantled vehicles for parts and repaired used cars and trucks for resale.

My Father purchased a salvage yard when i was in high school, I worked with him until he retired and sold his business. We were a small family business so i contributed to all aspects of the day to day operations including:

-Customer service

-Vehicle dismantling and rebuilding

-Shipping and Recieving

-Heavy equipment operation
