I am a team lead and have been for 3 years.
I am a paver operator and have been doing that for 15 years. I drive transport from the pit to job site with equipment needed for the job.
I am Ron's 2nd man to help and show others how to do their jobs. Teach them how to run the equipment needed for the daily jobs.
I am a mentor as well. I enjoy watching and teaching people the work we do and the grow.
I am very knowledgeable about the construction environment.
In the 20 years with HK I have done pipe work, grade work and asphalt.
