I started at Lovetts Family Steakhouse(Formely known as Oh Bryan’s Family Steakhouse) back in 2006 as a dishwasher. Over my years here I have worked my way from dishroom to fryer to flat grills/ plate setup to grill. I also was taught how to cut the meat(steaks) and giving a key to the restaurant to open and close whenever I was needed too. I have carried what I’ve learned from working here to other jobs and was able to be successful at other restaurants.
