Working at a 16 floor, 165 apartment facility for senior citizens, some with disabilities. First off my concerns were with the safety of the building regards to the residents. My duties included but we're not limited to completing work orders which range from anywhere from electrical installation of electrical fixtures installation repair a PVC, copper piping and fittings for water natural gas and sheet rock repairs and installations , installation of subfloors which may include tile ,ceramic ,laminated floors carpet removal and installation. When able the repair of or replacing kitchen appliances including kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, shower heads grouting and caulking all toilet repairs replacing doors, burners ,gas lines, and with the electric appliances heating elements. Also addressed all heating and cooling concerns. With respect to safety equipment inspected all exit lights, fire closing doors ,sprinkler systems , emergency lighting, telephone and intercom systems. Boiler room inspections , proper temperature and water pressure was adequate. Maintain outside grounds in regards to snow and ice removal manually and with snow plowing equipment

• Implemented safety protocols during maintenance activities to prevent accidents.

Replace such equipment as metal benches trash cans,shelter glass and a replacement of all signs due to weather , wear and tear or just graffiti.
