I purchased a small restaurant called Magnolia Cafe and Market. After a couple years, the business out grew the location. It was rebranded to Magnolia Downtown. Magnolia became a full service casual fine dining restaurant with a small bar in downtown Aiken, SC. I created a new menu and the associated recipes. I created training manuals and handbooks for different positions and redesigned the kitchen to work with the new menu and space.
