At Graphinity, Inc., as Owner and President, I created an advertising design firm which began in a basement and grew into a much sought-after design group. At its' peak in 2016, Graphinity's corporate office was located in Farmington Hills, MI employing 12 people and with revenue of 2.1 million. I developed and grew the company using my self-motivation, strong leadership skills, and an overall sense of assurance. Excellent customer service, a top-quality product and a work environment that fostered creativity and employee retention were my greatest passions. Additionally I succeeded in small business finance and business development, contract negotiations, high-end servers and graphic design computer systems, IT networking and customer relations and retention.
