Manage subcontractor relationships, and oversee performance and contracts. Develop the owner, invoice, progress payment schedule, and collect payments. Developed subcontractor trade pay schedules, verified and approved invoices to accounting, according to work performed. Accountability for job site safety, cleanliness, security, and protection from damage during construction by supervising on-site. Minimize production errors that can impact profitability. Attend weekly production meetings, and provide updates on assigned jobs. Use the BuilderTrend app for daily log updates and photo support. Work closely with production team leaders to help improve the remodel process.
