I have 18 years experience in the Telecommunications field, starting off in the field as a Install tech, repair maintenances tech and Now Supervisor.

Over the course of my career with Cox I have developed management experience and exceptional people skills. I am versed in HFC and Fiber applications of the services offered by Cox Business. In this time frame I started off as an installer went to audit for a short time working in the MDU department. I was a QC tech for the MUD department during the system rebuild project.

After 14 months off i returned to Cable Vision as a PM tech. I was responsible for repairing customer issues from the customers home back to the trunk amp.
