Summary

As the Senior IT Manager at Emerson’s Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), I lead the center’s expansion and champion the enterprise-wide adoption of SAFe® 6. With over 15 years of experience in Lean-Agile transformation, I specialize in coaching, training, and delivering continuous value through iterative and incremental development, helping enterprises harness the power of information technology.

I hold multiple certifications, including SAFe® 6 Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Certified Scaled Objectives & Key Results Coach (SOCC), Certified Agile HR Enabler, and SAFe Premier Trainer. These credentials underscore my proficiency in risk mitigation and value-driven software engineering practices.

My leadership style is rooted in servant-leadership principles, which I employ to cultivate high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and foster cross-functional collaboration among teams, stakeholders, and management. As the founder and current manager of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence within Emerson, I support over 20 ARTs, five Communities of Practice, an enterprise metrics dashboard, and various SAFe® assessments.
