Additional Information

I have been a Registered Nurse for 27 years (license was maintained and I taught trauma courses at the academy and inservice during my law enforcement career) and I was a Paramedic from 1992-2004. Immediately upon retirement from the police department, I was hired by Baylor Lakeway in the ED. I was put through a 3 1/2 month intensive ED immersion program with 2 full time preceptors. The ED is 20 beds and the facility is a level 3 trauma center and stroke certified.

The last 6 months of my employment I functioned in a solo capacity as a full time night shift RN in the Lakeway ED. During my time at BSW I obtained my BLS,ACLS,PALS,TNCC and ENPC certifications.

I have a very stable work history and I am dedicated to the facility I serve. I would appreciate the opportunity to work for Christus in the Jacksonville, Tx. Emergency Department.

Thank You.
