i've been at weyerhaeuser for going on 2 years now i have had experience in their log yard safely running their vovlo,bucket and crane.For safety purposes i ensure drivers to wear there proper ppe. Any driver without a working cb i enforce they dont get unloaded for safety concerns. I ensure equipment that i run is safe to weyehaeuser standards and when not i note for repair and safety concerns.
