Used an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) approach to develop effective learning maps and perform sound learning analyses for Joint Forward Air Controller-Airborne (JFAC-A), Air Support Operations Center (ASOC), Basic ALO Skills Course (BASC) and Joint Firepower Course (JFC) courses. As lead ASOC Instructor and curriculum developer, executed operational scenarios utilizing the Joint Theater Air Ground Simulator System (JTAGSS). Implemented Training Plan (TP) Monitors and evaluated the effectiveness of the TP in meeting squadron needs and training requirements.
