Lead civil designer for the Elk Grove Station as part of the Valley Rail Sacramento Extension Project. 

  • Developed overall site design and layout for various station elements including centrally-loaded platform, pedestrian over crossing, adjacent parking lot with drop-off zone and bus parking.
  • Developed site grading and drainage to incorporate low-impact development and hydro-modification measures, performed hydraulics and hydrology calculations, and prepared accompanying reports.
  • Coordinated direction and communication between in-house civil, landscape, survey, structural teams and subconsultants to progress project deliverables within schedule and budget constraints.

Lead civil designer for the Ceres Station as part of the Valley Rail Sacramento Extension Project.

  • Developed overall site layout and design of various project elements, including pedestrian and roadway improvements, pedestrian underpass, centrally-loaded platform, and storm water pump station.
  • Designed site grading and drainage of pedestrian and roadway improvements, ADA ramps and stairs, pedestrian underpass, and platform.
