  • My duties include serving as a security professional for the Wing Security Staff, responsible for oversight and implementation of SAF & ACC guidance for F-16 and now F-35 security requirements, provide oversight for personnel, physical, industrial, automated information security systems & Communications Security (COMSEC) disciplines as the COMSEC Responsible Officer.
  • I developed and implemented standard operating procedures for personnel and facilities in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 vol 1-4, all Air Force security standards.
  • I established local master training plans for military, civilian, and contractor personnel IAW with USAF directives.
  • Initiate and review self-inspection checklists for multiple maintenance sections to maintain security requirements for the 301st Fighter Wing.
  • Perform alarm checks on facilities, maintained IDS system, and maintain Physical Security operations such as combinations to safes and SF700, 701, and 702s.
  • As a security manager, I managed a personnel security billet structure of 90+ maintainers and processed their PERSEC paperwork, sent visit certs, in DISS and processed PARs and in JADE systems, also gained and out processed personnel so they could perform their duties.
  • Worked with unit ISSM and ISSOs to maintain Emission Security (EMSEC) and Tempest standards for multiple facilities.
  • I am well versed with Unified Facilities Criteria, ICD 705 standards for SCIFs and SAPFs, and Fixed Facility Checklists.

  • MOS was 2846. As a Ground radio intermediate repairer I was trained to diagnose, modify, and perform repairs at the intermediate level on ground common radio equipment, peripheral devices, and related equipment.
  • Typical duties include intermediate level repairs to ground common radio equipment, requisitioning of parts, and completing equipment repair orders.
  • To do this I was trained to use the AN/GRM-122 SINCGARS Test Set to assist in troubleshooting of SINCGARS Radios.
