• Very quickly took on a leadership role, Building Post production Department in Concord NC. While dealing with a National Pandemic I continued to hit production numbers and trained new Associates. I was able to train and Backfill a new Line Lead and point of Contact. we now have 14 team members. four of those members have received promotions.
