Weighing and mixing large batches of controled powered and liquid chemicals to later make thermoplastics and polyurethanes. Following all safety guidelines and procedures while pouring large batches of extremely hot mixed chemical, then using a standup forklift to transport product to a staging area or depending on the product, hand it over to robots. Aswell keeping detailed records and times of all work products and areas of operation. Also using and watching computers to help with the process and be alerted of next steps in the process or dangers to the product or facility. I also was responsible for carefully preparing samples for the lab with precise paperwork for each sample. I would use a sit down forklift to load and unload trucks.

Safely following all OSHA regulation and company rules and proceedures for dock work in the area of loading and unloading trailers of extremly hazardous materals in bulk using a sit down forklift. unloading and loading flamable liquids and combustibles metals all the way to radioactive waste.

Following strict loading guielines concerning trailer weights and load safety and maintaining a 100 percent Zero negitive incident with loads.

Using handheld devices to keep up with truck arrivals and times of estimated departure, so that our facility contiually set the bar for excellence for all XPO facilities around the world.

Loading and unloading trailers and replenishing shelfs throughout warehouse with product using rf scanner for pickers.

Using large battery changing machine to safely and correctly change my forklifts battery as needed, making sure to follow all safety proceedures.
