Personal Business
Built and successfully operated a personal business while not letting it interfere with my positions at Ravalli Electric Co-Op. Operations include winterizing, maintaining, and installing sprinkler systems. Processed my own billing using Invoice Simple softwear. Scheduled and completed over 150 sprinkler system blowouts every year for the past 8 years on weekends and free time.
Project management and Budgeting
- Successfully self contracted our shop with attached living quarters in 2019 with a budget of $130,000.00. Came in right on budget.
- Four years later we built our house on the same property. Also self contracted this project with a budget of $550,000.00. Came in under budget
