I am a hard-working and trustworthy individual, adept in multitasking and maintaining poise and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
I consider myself to be someone with exceptional work ethic. I have learned a vast amount of knowledge throughout my many years between the retail and food and beverage fields. I believe the knowledge I have acquired translates to many other areas and potential career paths and I am excited for the possibilities.
My career at Target, where I am currently employed, has been an extremely fast paced and challenging role; one in which I feel I have taken away a significant amount of both job and life experiences which have only worked to improve and capitalize on my abilities to contribute effectively in all facets of the work environment, whether it be as part of a team or on my own as an individual.
My time at Target is one I feel most grateful for and I am proud of my achievements there, having started out as a seasonal employee and working my way up to being promoted to Property Management Leader. I am excited to extend what I've learned about community and guest experience into the field of Healthcare to further expand my learning and growth. In turn, becoming even more of a well rounded contributor to the community and it's people around me.
My role as a Market Team Leader entails various responsibilities on a daily basis. I am primarily responsible for food safety, making sure each team member in the Market department is following proper safety standards, procedures, and precautions. I must audit and order products several times a week to make sure we stay current and up to date in our stocking routines. I communicate with several different vendors to ensure that profitable results are achieved from the sales planners of which I was given captaincy. Guest service is the pinnacle of Target standards, and it is what I try to accomplish throughout every shift. I have great working relationships with my leaders, and I value it as a great learning experience.
Food preparation, catering and deliveries. I worked alongside my store manager to fulfill orders for our store as well as our patrons. I was a key holder and responsible for opening and closing the store when I was called upon to do so. Providing an excellent dining atmosphere and experience was top priority.

My role as a sales associate included various responsibilities. I excelled in special orders, customizing each shopping experience to the specific needs of each guest I would work with. It was in this role that I found one of my strongest attributes was developing a solid and trustworthy working relationship with my coworkers that often times extended into my interactions with guests and vendors I would work with on a weekly basis. As is typical in the retail business, complications can often times arise, so taking on problem solving challenges was something I found myself comfortable with as well as successful in. My time at The Home Depot taught me a lot about myself and my work ethic. Guest service was and is of primary importance and I pride myself on living up to the best of those standards.
Some of the skills I posses, but am not limited to are as follows:
