Distinguished in enhancing vehicle aesthetics and customer satisfaction at The Wash Tub, I leveraged skills in interior and exterior detailing alongside exceptional sales techniques. As a missionary for The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints, I excelled in interpersonal communication, training over 160 missionaries to boost productivity by fostering teamwork and adherence to strict protocols.
• Was 1 of 4 missionaries (chosen out of 160+ missionaries) assigned as an Assistant to the President of the mission to train, evaluate, and help improve missionary productivity.
• For two years I would talk to 100+ people everyday and accommodate what they wanted but also increasing our production rate.
• I would have to live with different missionaries for months and learn how to work with them to improve the effectiveness of our work, along with being the Assistant to the President I had to work with a new missionary everyday and learn how to work with them including helping them improve themselves as a missionary.
• As unsupervised missionaries, we had very strict protocols to keep ourselves productive and safe, and following those protocols was a focus for us.
