Possess tactical, theater, and strategic level imagery analytical skills and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) knowledge to support the Intelligence Community. Twelve years of leadership, managerial, and analytical experience while serving successfully in five major commands as an Imagery and Operations Chief in the United States Marine Corps. Extensive experience with many of the geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) organizations, most notably the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), its products, tools and services.
