- Minimize lability to Town of Highland, Highland Police Department, crew, and myself through sound decision making
- Enforce State Laws
- Conduct Traffic Enforcement
- Respond to calls for service
- Investigate Traffic Accidents
- Field train new probationary police officers
- Participate in state funded traffic grants
- Provide aerial overview on accident scenes and assist in searches using department issued drone
- Train/instruct the department in multiple fields such as Taser, OCAT,EVO, & SFSTs
