Thomas Marini III

A hardworking student and results-driven individual having recently earned a degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. Excited for an opportunity to kickstart my career in this field. During this time I developed time management skills balancing studies and full-time employment. Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines, striving to impress and progress interpersonal and business oriented skills such as communication, collaboration, versatility and problem-solving. Having never worked in the industry I am striving to leverage, build and improve my skills.

• Created an Android App in Android Studio that helped manage my Grandmothers diabetes during my respite care throughout the pandemic. This app consists of an introduction page, glucose calculator, meal tracking, graphical representation for blood glucose levels, & insulin recommendations.
• Developed a KDE Plasma Linux Widget to help manage my cryptocurrency portfolio and margin trading activity.
• Developed multiple Python desktop applications that utilize Selenium Browser Automation Framework, BS4, PyQt5, & GUI toolkit Qt. This application runs a headless browser to navigate, access, authorize and automatically retrieve recent bank statements in PDF form. Then scrapes the data, organizes and stores in a database, then graphically represents the data to show trends in spending.
