• Oversee overall site operations.
• Capture Freight on ClientZone and allocate to drivers on BluJay
• Completion of daily Reports, send to client & address SLA failures
• Daily monitoring of site dedicated vehicles & mobile devices
• Record keeping of stationery & all incidents related to duties
• Verification & submission of asset register
• Planning of daily operational staff where required.
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
• Sustain health & safety procedures

• Allocating collections to drivers.
• Debriefing drivers for collections & deliveries.
• Capturing & rebooking of all missed collections
• Issuing and receiving of scanners, vehicle & forklifts keys.
• Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Installing/Reloading & re-assigning of all scanners.
• Dept: Scanner Room, Control Room & Transport
