I am currently in charge of growing membership in Scouting America, with a focus on Cub Scouts, working to add new groups to the 31 counties of the Ozark Trails Council. I visit schools, civic organizations, and possible financial supporters to educate about the opportunities that scouting provides. My position requires building relationships, communication and follow-up, and "closing the sale" in building membership.
