• Momentum World Wide, which is a subsidiary of IPG INC, is an advertising company that specializes live experiential advertising at major events, such as Super Bowl, Draft Days (for NFL and NBA) and expos/conferences including E3, and the Consumer Electronic Show
• We are also involved in large music festivals such as Stagecoach, Coachella, and Bonaroo, as well as tours for individual performers
• My day-to-day work duty is warehousing: I'm responsible for receiving, storing and organizing 100,000 square feet of advertising and event materials
• This also includes the storage, organizing, and continuously-updated inventory of Millions of dollars worth of autographed memorabilia from various professional athletic teams
• Trained new team members by relaying information on shipping procedures and on-site event requirements.
• Shipping Logistics: I am responsible for the packing and shipping of on-site event materials for live events. This ranges from small packages through UPS and FedEx, Multi-pallet shipments through LTL, dedicated van/truck shipments for direct delivery, all the way up to full Semi-loads for cross country delivery
• I am responsible for organizing experiential teams before they head out for events, as well as walking clients through their inventories to set up on-site footprints before committing to an event
• My Accomplishments during my time at Momentum: -I was originally hired based off the need for a direct contact at the warehouse facility Momentum was contracted with. There was very little organization, and even less customer service. Within just a few years, I was able to build relationships with all of Momentum's clients, and guarantee familiarity, and organization, of all of their promotional assets
• In the last year alone, the clientele base I'm responsible for has grown to include multiple Clients
• I was originally hired as a part-time associate. After the first year, based off our Client's recommendations, I was offered full- time status

I've always loved the high pressure work environment of a professional kitchen

• You have to be organized, skilled, and you are forced to work as a team with people of all age groups, with various backgrounds
• I have worked in a kitchen at some capacity since I was 18, and I believe it is directly responsible for my skills at being a team leader
• You have to be diligent about your product, while at the same time being someone that managment and other employees can trust and depend on
• My duties in the kitchen: -Preparing product for entire day/week, ranging from: Proteins, vegetables, soups, stocks, sauces, and desserts
• Training new employees, not only on kitchen products, but also how the restaurant runs and how to be a productive member of the team.

• Started as cook and worked my way to Kitchen Manager and Bartender/Shift Manager
• Completed store opening and closing procedures.
• Served high customer volumes during days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Troubleshot equipment to reduce service calls and downtime.
• Managed staff hiring, training and supervision.
• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Oversaw and monitored cash drawers and reconciled drawers against cash register reports at close of business.
• Managed bar inventory, restocked supplies and placed orders for spirits, beer, wines, and mixers.
