I have worked within senior housing television production/management for 24 years and posses a strong knowledge of videos systems, A/V technologies, and their integration into large scale facilities. While managing a community of 2000 residents and maintaining communications, I continue to develop production and on camera skills. My strongest strengths by far are my leadership skills and ability to work compassionately with the senior population. Incorporating new technologies, such as virtual reality, into the daily lives of seniors has provided me with endless fulfillment and a strong sense of accomplishment. My greatest achievement is to be able to bring new technologies successfully to the community while making it accessible to the residents.
