Service of various pieces of HVAC equipment. November of 2020 I became an in house HVAC technician at BASF in Wyandotte Michigan troubleshooting and doing installation projects on commercial and industrial refrigeration units, screw chillers, process chillers, water and air cooled chillers, geo thermal heat pump systems, vav boxes with reheat hot water and electric reheat, high pressure steam heating coils in air handlers and makeup air units, various steam traps, pressure reducing regulators and valves that operate on pneumatic controls and belimo controls through BMS, hot water heating cooling loops and glycol loops, hot water boilers, liebert units for IT rooms and quality control rooms. Also do troubleshooting on building management systems using Siemens controls, JCI controls, distech controls, trane controls and watmaster controls in Aaon units. I do my own research and ordering of parts and materials for all jobs on a daily basis to replenish spare parts and materials we stock for all equipment.

Troubleshot all HVAC equipment, did a lot of work on hot water boilers, I was a project guy for them and did replacements and new installations of refrigeration systems, package rooftop units, direct fired makeup air units, hot water high efficiency condensing boilers.

Installation of HVAC equipment in new house custom home construction, replacement of furnace and A/C systems in residential homes. Learned about airflow best practices and how to size ductwork and gas piping.
