OTR Area Manager / Site Safety Supervisor

• Lead the implementation of a dispatch safety initiative gaining buy-in from the 3 delivery service partner companies at Amazon DS WML1 resulting in zero recordable injuries/incidents in all cycles (HUB DP 1, C0, C1 and C2)
• Spearheaded AA safety initiative (CWS Caught Working Safely), achieving 12% decrease in unfavorable sentiment measured by Safety Climate Network team across two global survey questions.
• Directed dispatch load outs for 3 DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) and FLEX drivers, increasing On Time Dispatch metrics from 75% to consistently achieve goal of 95% or greater month-over-month.
• I have successfully developed and promoted 7 AA's into management level roles across UTR, OTR and DT spaces of operations over a 4-year period demonstrating strong commitment to talent development and organizational growth.
• Spearheaded a pilot program to ensure the station's SBL (Stow By Light) system remains in optimal operational condition eliminating the need for a $10K service call each time repairs were needed and decreasing the time to service by 5 days on average. The pilot was successful and was then deployed to the entire RSR network. I then continued as the program Ambassador training leaders across the network in person and remotely to accomplish the PM/repairs.
• Improved dispatch consistency through adherence to standard work, reducing loading area turnover time by 15%, increasing time on road for delivery partners and ensuring customer promise is met.
• Consistently invests in people development by continuous teaching, coaching and retraining Area Managers, PA's on OTR launch readiness and exception management. This leadership directly supported sustained >92% On-Time Dispatch and mid-to-high 90% Routes Staged On Time reducing dispatch execution misses.
