Summary

For the last six years I have worked exclusively in Agile development as a Scrum Master and Product Manager at AT&T. I have experience working in a large enterprise environment and working closely with the client. As a Program Manager I facilitated meetings with multiple applications consisting of business and product owners, architects, analyst and developers. As a Scrum Master I worked with client product owners to develop the backlog and establish priorities and refinement of user stories for sprint planning. As part of sprint planning, I also worked with dev and test leads to determine the team’s capacity and ensured user stories are sized accurately. I facilitated daily standups and managed issues and risks to allow the team to stay focused on work committed to the sprint. I monitored the status of work during the sprint to ensure work is delivered accurately and timely and provided metric and reports to the client and management. I conducted sprint reviews with the client product owner to ensure the completed work meets their approval and is sign off on. And at the conclusion of the sprint, I facilitated the retrospective to celebrate the team’s accomplishments and identify what we can do better or correct things that went wrong. I coached development and larger team in Agile best practices.
