Summary

I received my B.A. of Psychology in 1994 and have worked in the Mental Health Field with many different types of individuals for over 30 years. I am a Eagle Scout who was elected to the "Order Of The Arrow". I enjoy collecting movies and jogging most days. I've also operated/ owned a vending business named Reddy Vending in the 80's/90's and performed all duties. My goal is to secure stimulating satisfying employment with an employer that is seeking someone with my skillset and experience. I'm also looking for new challenges. I prefer working anytime between 12pm - 12am M - F with Weekends off. However I will consider any position and schedule I am qualified for.

  • Was hired by RockHouse on August 24th of 2023 to continue with current client who has behavioral needs contract that was transferred from Rescare/ Brightsprings on September 1st 2023. Tried to keep as many conditions the same after transfer for my clients comfort and well being. After a year at RockHouse left to seek better opportunities.

  • My clients contract was transfered to RockHouse on 09/01/2023. Worked with this one client for many years at Rescare providing all aspects of care for my client and operations for their home. I also worked with this same client at Denton County MHMR 1999 - 2007 for many years. Stayed current on company training, medpass, grooming, driving, cleaning, paperwork, first aid, and many other responsibility. Received Employee of the Year March 2009.

  • Active Treatment Provider involved in all aspects of care for individuals with special needs. Had training in (CPR, PMAB, BIP, IDT Meetings, Etc...). Used Verbal Behavior Modification Techniques when required. In addition to observed, addressed, and help treat many different types of medical conditions. Also completed all needed documentation and observation notes. I was awarded and received the merit raise in May 2008.
