• Establish individualized patient goals and priorities necessary to achieve expected outcome. Coordinate the cost effective use of supplies, equipment and medication to achieve the same. Document the plan of care and collaborate with Providers and other health team members. Maintain constant vigilance over patients care to ensure safety
precautions.

• Demonstrate ability to measure effectiveness of care provided. Recognize and utilize health teaching opportunities and resources available and provide for early discharge planning and appropriate referrals.

• Administers and documents medication correctly and safely in terms of action, dosage, side effects as well as implications for the patient.

• Verify patient's information by interviewing, recording medical history and confirming Secure patient information and maintain patient purpose visit.
• Take and document patient's vital signs. confidence by completing safeguarding medical records.
• Maintaining office and clinical supplies in addition to supply inventory in exam rooms.
• Processing staff check-in/check-out and scheduling of appointment as needed.
  
  

• Providing prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs including diagnosis and treatment.
• Supervising allied health professionals in the community hospital coordinating patient care between specialists and the hospital.
• Weekly lectures on chronic disease management, HIV-AIDS, sanitation and hygiene to staff and patients.
• Admitting and discharging patients.

• Admitting, diagnosing and treating patients under the supervision of Attending Physician.
• Providing coverage for temporary staffing conflicts in the program Educating allied professionals on sensitivity to patients and family issues.
• Educating patients about chronic disease management, promotion of healthy lifestyle, adherence to medication and treatment plan.
• Performing physical examination under the supervision of the Supervising Doctor.
