*Science and Engineering Building- Started at $10.5 million but ended at $4.5 million due to Covid.
*Physical Therapy Program Expansion- $5.0 million -Structural CMU
*Residence Hall Dorm- $11.5 million. Precast walls and slabs
*Health Science Building (Physicians Assistant Program)- $7.5 million - Structural Masonry
*Multiple smaller projects while supervising above projects. Projects include bookstore renovation, Chic-fil-A, Student Center, Java Cafe, Library Elevator Mod and many more.
Cigar Factory- 15 office upfits including Clemson Architecture School. Labeled as the Super 15 permit package.
Medical Experience- I was Senior Medical Superintendent with years of experience in hospitals such as Roper downtown, Roper Mt. Pleasant, Roper Berkeley, Roper West Ashley, Roper Cancer Center, Summerville Medical Center, Trident Medical Center and Beaufort Memorial Hospital as well as MOB's and Surgery Centers. Vast experience with imaging equipment like CT's, Xray's, and MRI's. As well as treatment equipment like Linear Accelerators, Cyber Knives, PET CT's etc.. Additionally, constructed Operating Rooms and Endoscopy Procedure rooms. Designed and installed exhaust fans to rapidly re-purpose patient care rooms to Covid rooms during pandemic.
