  • Inspection of product and documentation, per company specifications (SOP) and GMPs, for anomalies of spec conditions before, during, and after the production periods.
  • Collecting and submitting samples to the Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories. Collecting select retain samples for each job manufactured.
  • Final review of shop order documentation before product release.
  • Author and Authorize Corrective Action Reports, Non-Conforming Action Reports, and Preventative Action Reports (Deviations to process). Also redline (Author changes) to existing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist Engineering Departments in executing validation protocols on new and existing products/process controls within the manufacturing area.
  • Researching customer complaints and documenting findings on complaint investigation reports.
  • Assist in performing the annual OTC Drug Review as per FDA requirements.
  • Mentor staff to achieve a greater understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and GMP regulations.
