Machine Operator

- Makes fine adjustments to machine to bring part within tolerances
- Performs machine operating adjustments and regulates and controls such functions as coolant flow, machine rate and related machine operations
- Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
- Reports any safety violation, machining equipment misusage and/or improperly performed work to supervisor or lead
- Monitor machine during operation for unusual vibration or sounds, watch machine gauges and controller display or digital readout for warnings, and visually check cutter path, clearance, chips to ensure smooth operation
- Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in team environment.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
