-Helping with training of new employees by support or delegation of training from senior operators or staff.
-Managing and maintaining daily and weekly production goals given by Production Supervisors.
-Working with and coordinating production staff to meet these goals within meaningful expectations.
-Using support systems, such as Oracle, to request "RN's" to tackle challenges of missing or damaged product.
-Listens to team members for suggestions for continuous improvement, while working with senior staff to see if these can be achieved.
-Ordering material to make sure production runs smoothly based on goals, work force, and workflow.
-Reporting to Supervisors, and senior staff on processes, resolving issues, goals, incidents, and documentation.
-Willingness to step up and step into rolls that i'm qualified to perform, to help with daily needs for production.
