Summary
I have a passion for hands on work especially any form of painting. Quickly found enjoyment of the processes and finished products that I was completing . Wanted to learn more about the industry so I took on a second job to learn to in’s and outs of auto painting after learning the basics with signs. Worked in a van moving to different dealerships and fixing whatever used cars said dealership needed painted. I was promoted quickly at my first prep/painting job at Awning Innovations to be the manager of both departments which in turn led to a strong growth of leadership abilities. I ran the department for close to two years before being asked to learn how to assemble and build the signs I was painting.
I’m a quick learner and strive to learn as much about any trade as a I can but I found a true love in painting and the pride I have for doing it well.

- Worked in two departments
- Sign assembly: Daily building of company signs using blueprint drawing and instructions based off of industry standards for specific builds. Lifting 70+ lbs daily, constant use of a multitude of hand tools, adherence to strict production quotas.
- Sign painter: Daily Sanding, priming, and painting of any and all signs requiring paint. Use of pneumatic spray guns, solvents, thinners and color matching through the use of multiple different paints and necessary formulas. Well versed in mixing and prepping procedures as well as detail work
