Worked multiple positions including prep cook, saute, garde manger, and grill. Led the line smoothly and efficiently through Sunday brunches and holidays. Worked with many common ingredients and a few exotic ones alike. Adapted to include special dishes for holidays and special occasions.

Trained employees, monitored labor costs, managed inventories, accommodated customer needs and dealt with any issues that arose in order to provide the best service possible. Managed the front and ran the grill and fryers in the kitchen simultaneously. Sent out the quality food while communicating wait times and enhancing the customer experience.

Fixed any problem that arose during residential construction including operating machinery, driving dump trucks, building drainage pipes, and framing houses/garages on multiple projects all over King County. Worked to ensure subcontractors knew what needed to be done and any precautions necessary to take.
