It's a simple 7 hour shift that requires me to be able to give direction, help with luggage and inform new customers of the benefits of parking at Expressway.

Working this shift 5 days a week for a year and a half now, I've gotten used to the handles of several different makes and models of passenger shuttle buses, which are about the size or bigger than a standard delivery truck. Upsides of the job were getting to train new employees that may or may not have been suitable for the position. I realized that after training a few new employees that didn't work out, that if I had more responsibility in the company other than being the prime day-time shift driver for all the regulars, like being in charge of new hires, that I would have chosen more suitable and sustainable workers. And that's the kind of job that I'm looking for, something with upward potential and a better sense of teamwork oriented values.

Being my own boss, working the days I want and using my own vehicle were my favorites aspects of this job.

However this position proved to be problematic at times, car maintenance mostly, gas prices and no credible rewards system that proved to be too one-sided when customers complained, (Who complained, what was the complaint about, how could I effectively improve my performance if I didn't know what the problem was? And most of the time it was because the shoppers replaced items, to the customers dissatisfaction or the packers broke of squished something while loading the order. This led to me taking only orders that I could do the shopping and the loading myself to cut down on any unforeseeable complainants that may have effected my metrics.

I would consider delivering for Amazon. But I'm looking for Management or Assisted manager, crew chief or front office filing and order processing with scheduling duties. I look better in a tie than I do in line at the gas station:)

I work on a student film that needed up to 20 actors. I did this alone during the pandemic in order to meet the graduation requirements. I used part of my tuition money to buy the necessary equipment and pay the actors. I secured proper permits at selected locations, some needed to be rented, others were to be a business for business, commercial partnership. Not all locations panned out. Not all actors received there acting reels and shooting in florida presented uncertain weather conditions. The movie never got released and I still have all the equipment and content to work on an edit in the future.

I did pay a graphic artist for animated titles and some content overlaying. And one narrator to do one voice-over for an animated character.

This project is proof that I'm capable bringing an idea to life and coordinating a group of people for the benefit of a finishing a project.

The student film was finished and turned in but played no part in effecting my grade. After graduating I moved to Arkansas to recover financially and play to stay here for the foreseeable future to do just that, recover financially or perhaps relocate for Amazon:)

Working on passenger boat, guided tour, in Tampa Bay while I was attended college full-time was extremely time consuming and left me little time to focus on studies. The position was 12 hours a day with weekends for school projects and term papers. The job entailed helping passengers on and off, providing a tour narration and serving cold beverages. I trained new employees and worked mostly as the single deckhand.

Cleaning, restocking, checking that all the necessary safety gear was available to accommodate up to 33 passengers. I worked with the company up until the 2020 covid travel ban.
