SUNY Downstate Medical Center, HVAC Upgrades, Brooklyn, NY
General Superintendent for grade of the air handling units w/o interruption to hospital operations. Work included installation of new motor control centers and distribution panels. All units included new VFD's. All new exhaust fans were Installed with their own VFD's and are accessible from new entrances provided through the stairwells. All supply and return valves, off the existing main, were changed out and piped into the new AHL's.
The mechanical penthouse floors, housing the AHU'swere water proofed and painted, and new indoor and outdoor lights were installed on the roof.
• NY Presbyterian Hospital Adult ER Dept. NYC, NY
Senior General Superintendent for $114 million phased renovation of 7,000 sq. ft. Adult ER Dept., consisting of 21 rooms, 5 triage rooms, two nurses stations and medication rooms. The mechanical room houses two large air handling units, PRV stations, dilution tanks and condensate receivers. Scope of work included installation of ornate imported ceiling and landscaping facade with granite pavers and limestone.
• Scott Air Force Base Medical Center , Southwestern Illinois
Senior General Superintendent for $140 million renovation. Work included asbestos remediation, installation of new AHU's and new chillers, new electrical and fire alarm systems, medical gasses, RODI systems, HVAC systems and new underground utilities fed from new substations to service patient care, physical therapy and occupational therapy facilities. Responsible for manpower, scheduling, coordination, safety orientations, logistics and overall build out.

Senior General Superintendent for $80 million HVAC renovation consisting of new Air handling units, renovation of the mechanical room, installation of a new domestic and sprinkler water system, a RODI skid systems, DI water systems, new waste and vent piping as well as new VCT floors and a new security system.

General Superintendent for renovation of new patient care rooms including asbestos remediation, new medical gas stations, new domestic water systems, heating and cooling systems, new floors and new reheat and preheat systems on the hydronics.
• Hoffman La Roche Building 59/115-Zone Concepts 1 & 2 Nutley, NJ
General Superintendent for $80 million renovation of an occupied pharmaceutical production facility. Scope of work included facility upgrades, construction of clean areas, HVAC modifications and new offices. A new $75 million building, scope of work included new cooling towers, absorption chillers and centrifugal chillers, a clean steam system.

General Superintendent for construction of a new$115 million building completed 30 days ahead of schedule. Scope of work included 16 air handling units, new loading docks, sprinkler system and roof top units.

General Superintendent for $300 million renovation of 250,000 sq. ft. vacant office buildings to house a data Center, offices, library and mechanical spaces, and a 1,250 seat cafeteria.
• Columbia University, Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory Renovation, NYC, NY
General Superintendent for $20 million renovation of 11,000 sq. ft. Space research laboratory. Scope of work included new fume hoods, bio-safety cabinets, fan coulscoils, rooftop condensers, a roof top energy unit, new BMS, ATS growth chambers, a cold room and renovation of existing mechanical room, including installation of new air handlers, new switchgear and a new RODI water system.
