I've been working retail/customer service since my first job working at Hollister while working at Bass Pro shop helping customers while we built the building & got ready for the Grand Opening. Soon after i applied for Footlocker/Footaction which was one off the most educational jobs i had so far. I learned running a business to helping angry customer then back to merchandise. Which taught me the aspect of hard work & giving your best even if its for the great cause of the team. I believe i acquired skills like how to cal anger customers, shipment/stock & most importantly how to lead other to success with the help of getting them back motives to give it there all. The most important thing to me would be teamwork, cause that's what makes the dream work.
