
I have strong experience in fast-paced restaurants, with over 1.5 years at Bayside Poke as my main job. Even though I was hired as a cashier and server, I also learned to prepare sushi, handle raw fish safely, assemble poke bowls, and manage busy take-out orders. After Bayside Poke, I worked at Pho Nation and a steakhouse, where I served customers, operated the POS system, made drinks like smoothies, Thai tea, and fruit tea, and handled hot stone plate service. Across all these positions, I developed strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and confidence working in high-pressure environments.
