- Providing consulting services such as: corporate restructuring, capital arrangement and some other consulting services to public and private enterprises in Vietnam, in which:

+ Researched macroeconomic, industry and company-specific data to build transaction structure for customers.

+ Coordinate with related parties to perform transactions.

- Organizing and updating the procedures in related to consulting products.

- Promoting the relationship with customers as requested.

- In charge of Credit Insurance for Japanese companies in Vietnam.

- Provide customers information about type of insurance, insurance’s objective, benefits and premium to client.

- Researched and collaborating with Legal Department to prepare business documents (Appointment Letter, Memorandum of Understandings...).

Translate minutes of meetings from Vietnamese into English and vice-verse.

Prepare the documents for some projects’ meeting.

Doing tasks being assigned by Project Management Head.
