Part-Time / Temporary / On-call for an environmental consulting firm: front line emergency responder to natural disaster situations, providing support for environmental and hazardous materials incidents. Emergency operations team member with training and certifications in HAZWOPER -40, OSHA; Moisture Mapping; Air Quality; and Railroad / Railway Safety.

Facilitated all components of patients' entrance to the medical facility to include: assessing patient data bases; verifying information; assessing needs and acuity; emergency room services; insurance verification to include Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and other providers. Performed duties with high level of emotional intelligence and personal connection with patients. Also responsible for data entry; verification of insurance plans; scheduling; ensuring proper billing; conflict resolution; and compassionate customer service.

Streamlined services to ensure the successful training and licensing of foster / relative / kinship parents within specific time frames. Collaborated with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain documents, background clearances, certificates, and approvals. Assessed the safety and security of alternative care placements for children and coordinated with necessary organizations to accommodate those services. Performed initial client assessment and analysis to begin licensing process and screened candidates based on ability to satisfy legal, ethical, and moral requirements.

Provided case management services as a member of a contract agency for Missouri Children' Division. Advised judges and program directors based on behavioral observations and notes taken on home visits, and recommended actions with the safety and well-being of children in mind. Initiated, authored, and interpreted documents outlining risks, safety assessments, court documents, testimonies, and other requirements involved in the child abuse prevention and treatment process. Served as legal guardian for at least 17 children at any given time and advocated for them and coordinated services for children and their parents.

Trained in numerous communications systems then served in positions of increasing responsibility from Platoon Leader to Acting Commander. Supervised 5 to 35 personnel. Managed over $25 million of instillation and organization property. Provided professional counseling and performed personnel evaluations to include recommendations for promotions and awards. Held authority to administer Uniform Code of Military Justice (UMCJ) actions as required and necessary.
