Working for Current Solutions make me learn more then I knew I could. Within the first six months of my apprenticeship I became the job sites Trim Lead. Here’s what I learned.

• Ovation job site

A circled job site but when I joined I was in trim. So I learned how to install all appliances and check for voltage.

• Prose Kent Station

This is the job site I amazed my supervisor and was allowed the opportunity to become trim lead. I started off the only one in trim and once I did 90% of the 5th floor by myself they made more people join. Once I learned everything that needed to be done on the job site by the time we got to 3rd floor I was announced trim lead and made sure to show my peers that I’m not gonna slack even with a title so I would choose the harder tasks and work on getting them done faster then people around me to set a standard. I was in charge or ordering shipments, check lists, and getting material up for other employees.

• Greeted guests at front desk and engaged in pleasant conversations while managing check-in process.
• Maintained organized and clean front office area to create professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
• Scheduled, coordinated and confirmed appointments and meetings.
• Delivered outstanding first impressions by warmly greeting visitors upon arrival at the front desk.

I worked on multiple jobs sites with Muth Electric.

• Rough in job site

-A 5 floor apartment for wiring romex wire. I mainly did lower circuitry.

• Warehouse work

-This is mainly pre-makeup for jobs site all throughout the state. Panels, wire roll estimates, and shipment for material.

• Comercial parking lot site

-This was a commercial parking lot job site that dealt with mainly conduit and pvc runs. I learned how to bend and calculate a good conduit run. Also learned to go slow and steady with a drill instead of going fast and wearing out the teeth by watching others.

As an assistant manager at a pool I was in charge of swim lesson, employee, and reservation scheduling. I just had to maintain the correct ph level for the pool and make sure safety was key.
