  • Lead advocacy and policy initiatives at the federal level on key social justice issues, including gun violence prevention, voting rights, missing and murdered Black women, and caregiving.
  • Manage a state-level portfolio across 33 states focusing on education, economic empowerment, social justice, and healthcare.

  • Created and advocated for the passing of Huntsville's 1st ordinance, prioritizing affordable housing investments in the City of Huntsville for extremely low incomers and those experiencing homelessness.
