Summary

I am old school thinker. What can we do to make a process smoother for employees (less bending, less steps, higher, lower, space, lean). I am an advocate of communication, implementing processes into systems, safety, consistency and leading by example. I have spent 30 years in a very fast pace from using precision measuring equipment, (i.e.. Mics, calipers, and gauges). ordering materials, unloading and receiving raw materials, staging materials, kitting materials needed for assembly line following schedule and stock demands, keeping assembly lines moving. Suppling materials unloading finished moving to distribution staging for shipment ordering freight trucks loading. Making sure all production orders fully stocked ready prior start date per schedule.

Loading/unloading machines/machine equipment on/off trucks. Mapping space for additional equipment to build another assembly line.
