Back-End Service / API functional test

• Implemented automated regression testing for back-end services (API/RPC) using Jenkins CI pipelines to ensure high quality.
• Verified online service functionality and consistency by comparing model prediction results in the online service response with offline model training results, utilizing diff tools such as Pandas and the Pytest framework.
• Utilized GoTest and PyTest frameworks to develop RPC interface automation test scripts, increasing testing efficiency by 90%.
• Achieved shift-left testing by code reviews.

Back-End Service Performance Test

• Generated performance reports for services using stress testing tools such as Locust and wrk.
• Identified service performance bottlenecks by adjusting worker numbers, memory size, GPU memory size, CPU core numbers, and other resource configurations.

Data Test

• Utilized PySpark and PrestoSQL with double-check test methods to ensure the validity of Data Engineers' data processing logic.

Maintaining the benchmark platform

• Developed CI/CE automation tasks for PaddlePaddle's performance monitoring platform using TeamCity, Python and Shell scripts, achieving 100% regression test automation.
• Contributed to the refactoring of the PaddlePaddle performance benchmark monitoring platform, participating in the design of front-end, back-end, and database field.
