Tiann Morgan

I have over three years of experience working as a daycare assistant teacher, where I supported the daily care, supervision, and development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment. In this role, I worked closely with lead teachers to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encouraged learning, creativity, and social interaction. I was responsible for maintaining a structured classroom, assisting with meals and hygiene routines, and ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines were followed. I also developed strong communication skills by regularly interacting with parents and updating them on their child’s progress and daily experiences. Through this experience, I built a strong foundation in classroom management, patience, teamwork, and fostering positive relationships with children to support their emotional and educational growth.
